A Google search only comes up with records on two previous occupants of the buildings. James G Reynolds and Son, a printing business occupied the property from at least 1916 into the 1920's. In the 1970's, P. P. Lagomarsino Shoes & Orthopedic Supplies was there. That company had been around since the early 1900's, originally at 641 Arch St.
Currently, Stanek Gallery occupies the ground floor, with apartments above.
