Franklin Bridge North Neighbors (FBNN) is a resident-first, hyperlocal community nestled within Philadelphia's historic Old City neighborhood. Our boundaries stretch from the Ben Franklin Bridge north to Callowhill Street, and from Letitia Street (just west of I-95) east to 6th Street
